Supporting Campuses Impacted by COVID-19

We hosted a webinar on Monday 3/23 to provide more details about this and answer your questions. Watch Here.

As a company whose mission is to ensure that every student has access to quality academic support, we are very concerned about the implications for student learning as more colleges and universities are being forced to push classes online in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

While we wholeheartedly support this decision in favor of the well-being of students and the wider population, we cannot help but worry about the impact this may have on these students who did not prepare to finish their courses through an online interface.

It is at times like these when peer support and academic assistance are of the utmost importance, but as campuses close their doors, in-person tutoring centers are left scrambling to find the best ways to keep serving students as they navigate this unexpected transition.

For this reason, in addition to helping all of our existing partners navigate this change, we have decided to offer our technology at no cost to any tutoring centers who would like to use Knack to virtualize and scale their team of tutors during the time in which their in-person centers are closed.

It is our hope that this will help to alleviate any stress or uncertainty as the entire higher ed community works to navigate this new reality.
