I'm currently a student at UCF working towards an MS in Economics. Education: Florida State University B.S., with Honors and Magna Cum Laude, Economics; minor in math B.S., with Magna Cum Laude, Political Science; minor in business 3.99 FSU GPA Research Intensive Bachelor Certificate Garnet & Gold Scholar Experience: Math teacher; 2.5 years Public School Tutor, 2 years College Tutor; 2 years Courses taught: Algebra I Honors, Geometry Honors, Precalculus, AP Calculus Courses tutored: College Algebra -> Calculus 3; statistics; chemistry I, biology I, financial accounting, managerial accounting, financial management of the firm, financial markets and monetary banking, research methods, and game theory I failed before I succeeded. I dropped out of my first year of college and almost quit entirely. But something within me didn't want to give up and I sought the methods to learn effectively. When I implemented those strategies, I became a straight A student. I can teach my clients beyond their content, helping them eventually become independent scholars.
