Math and Physics Double Major, 3.96 GPA, 5 years of tutoring experience and a passion for teaching!

Biography

Hey, I'm a sophomore UC Davis Physics and Math Double Major. I have a 3.96 GPA while conducting research in observational astrophysics modeling dark matter in galaxy clusters. I'm an officer in the Physics Club, and help organize its lower-division tutoring efforts. Since I have extensive tutoring experience as well as exposure to professional applications of science and math, I have developed an ability to understand and explain concepts simply and effectively. If you need help with any of the courses I tutor, send me a message do we can organize a time to meet! I have about 5 years of tutoring experience, mostly in science and math courses and ranging from high school to early upper-division college material. More recently, I have begun tutoring for the UC Davis Physics Club, gaining valuable experience specific to the needs of lower division students here. I currently work as the Project Manager for the UC Davis Physics Club, which means I organize the construction of all the demos used in our famous Picnic Day show!
